The Water Conservation Plan is effective beginning May 1st and will end September 1st of each year.
No property may use water for watering and landscaping purposes at any time on Mondays.
No watering is allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any day.
Even postal addresses can water within the allowed time on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Odd postal addresses can water within the allowed time on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Hand Water of plants & flowers, not to include grass, is allowed any day except Monday, during the permitted hours.
